John Robert Pennington has been a Northern Virginia photographer for many years in which he has photographed subjects as far as Malaysia and as close as the Manassas Battlefield National Park. Being a portrait and landscape photographer, John enjoys creating photographs that are both compelling and engaging. His striking use of color and detail is enwrapped with his expertise of photographic equipment and crafting of light. Elegant and stunning, he uses a creatively straightforward composition and dramatic lighting that is consistently evoked in his work.
